Professional, on time, very responsive to queries, good communication.
Saeb at Cool Masters is very knowledgeable and knows how to save you money! Our attic furnace and ductwork was replaced quickly and professionally. Everything cleaned up well! Months later, we noticed water standing in the drain pan and called him back to check things. When he arrived, he immediately got onto clearing the drain pipe and would not take any payment. We are very impressed with his honesty. Definitely recommend. We used to build houses in another city and would’ve been happy to use him then.
