Fast service. Reasonable prices. No up selling. Solution driven, honest guys. They will tell you upfront if your appliance is worth fixing at all, so the rest is apt to you. If you decide to go on with the repair, be reasonable, too - some things are not worthy of your time and money at all even if they could be fixed. First of all technician came on time. Kevin was very nice and very professional. He explained us everything about what should be done on our old LG washer and how much it will cost. We made our decision to buy new washer. Thanks Kevin for your honesty!
