Very disappointing experience with Coolmaster. I requested a quote and was told I would receive one, but after waiting two weeks and following up three separate times, I still never received it. Having to repeatedly follow up and still receive nothing is frustrating and unprofessional. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend them.
I recently visited Cool Master to purchase a small part for a line cooler refrigerator. The price was very reasonable, and the customer service was excellent. The staff were knowledgeable and helped me find the correct part quickly. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed for the repair.
