Tom is a absolute gem of a human being and has delivered nothing but superb service for us when Our walk in freezer that holds our sled dog feed has gave us flack. Any other refrigeration business in this region either doesn’t answer their phone or puts you on a long waiting list— which does not work for us when we have thousands and thousands of lbs of raw meat that we cannot afford to let go to waste and Tom understands that. He is very personable, friendly and has great rates . I highly recommend Cool-it !
