Very good food and drink, attentive service.
I had a faulty display board on my new stove. Bill came out to check it out and replaced the board when it came in. There was no charge to me as it was still under warranty.
Have been dealing with this company since the end of may.. purchased a replacement plan for my appliances threw lowes(I will never waist my money again doing so) my dryer stopped working the end of may I called right away to have someone come fix it well no one was able to come even look at my dryer from cool it or else for about a month out which I understood. Cool it or else came to fix problems on each of my two refrigerators. The visits were very pleasant and prompt. The gasket was replaced on the freezer of the Sub-Zero, and the entire refrigerating unit was replaced in the Samsung. The combined cost was reasonable: $400. Afterwards I began to notice that every time the freezer was closed on the Sub-Z it made a hissing noise.
