I loved Cool-It and hate writing negative reviews, but we had a system installed by them a couple years ago and have had constant problems with it. They have been great when they do finally come out to fix the issue. However, this winter it kept freezing up and then stopped working again. We have been trying to get them out to fix it for months. They had someone out who found out it has a bad valve and he said it would be under warranty. They told us they would order the part and get it fixed, but we've been trying to reach ... read more

These guys did a great job for us. We had a new construction addition being built. Vaughn came by and helped figure out a good spot to place an 18,000 btu mini split heat pump/ac. His guys were professional and polite. We ran the unit during the summer and it easily cooled our entire 2200 sq ft home. It has surprisingly kept up with the heating all winter.
