Ian came out the same day and fixed my evaporative cooler without any fuss (it was 42° today, mind you). He was easy to deal with, explained everything clearly, and was upfront and honest about the work. This is the second time I’ve used Ian and the experience has been solid both times. You are a legend Ian. I rang Ian on the 15/12/25 after deciding to install a new evap unit. He tried so hard to get a unit to install the next day, but the wholesalers were out of stock. We got a call on the 16/12 to say he has one and could install it on the 17th. I have never experienced customer service this good, especially with communication. I highly recommend Ian and his team for any air conditioning needs.
We had Ian and his team replace our 30 year old evaporative air conditioner. He was very professional and had the job done efficiently. .He was very thorough and took the old unit away and explained how to use the controller and registered the unit with Seeley for us. We will definitely have our service maintenance done by Ian.
I recently had major issues with my current evap aircon, after inspection i decided to go with a new unit, Ian's expert knowledge and advice was outstanding and appreciated. Installation was organised quickly with no fuss, a load off my mind, I can confidently turn on the aircon this summer knowing all is great. Ian's professionalism and knowledge in his field led me to recommend him to a relative and another unit has been installed again quickly and efficiently. I have to say a big THANK YOU to Ian who came and changed my evaporative cooling unit. Ian was literally my last hope for this. I live in a two-story unit. The roof is not only high but also steep. I rang probably 4,5 other companies about cooling unit changeover, but they said they couldn’t help due to the roof situation I got.
