These folks are great, have used them for years, JoJo, Robert, Laura and whole team up there make using Cool Horizons a great experience. They are prompt, knowledgeable, fair priced and very nice people. They put in our AC unit 5 years back and we have used them ever since.
Wonderful service! I called early in the morning and he was out in about 2 hours to check it out on the holiday weekend. He fixed the very next day once they could get the parts. I have used them for years and they are the only people I trust! A+++++

Can’t be trusted. The prices are 2-3 times higher than competitors(I was quoted 16k for new furnace and AC unit. My house is only 1950sft) and the finished work is very unprofessional with debris left all over my attic and dirt below every vent in my house. I’ve had it checked by another company 2 years later and they told me I was sold an oversized furnace and an off-brand AC condenser. DO NOT work with these people unless you have small repairs and even then I would not trust them to tell you the truth. Always shop around.
My HVAC unit stopped cooling on Saturday afternoon. 100 degrees outside. A friend suggested Cool Horizons, so I called them 5:53 p.m. Saturday and left a voice message. They replied within 10 minutes. Technician arrived 6:54 p.m., found the problem (faulty capacitor), and finished repair in less than 30 minutes. On Saturday evening! Thank you Cool Horizons! Family owned & operated. Definitely A+++
