Called this company to try and find some answers about my heating and the person who answered was super short and didn't even give me a chance to explain my situation before basically hanging up on me. If that's the service they offer, I'll find someone else.

We had a new heat pump and furnace system installed by Mike over 10 years ago now and his quality of work has stood the test of time. We recently experienced an issue caused by a thermostat failing, and Mike was able to come out quickly and diagnose the issue and have it fixed. We highly recommend Mike and the Cool Heat team to fix or upgrade heating and cooling systems!
