Rick, Mike, Zack, and Brad did a very good job and a pleasure to work with. Our furnace died after 35 years and they showed up very professional and very helpful. Brad and Zack did a fantastic demo and install of our furnace and air conditioner. Good people and I would say a very good company.
Walking through Cool Heat's parking lot and saw his junk pile next to the dumpster and took a blade fuse out of his scrap. He pulls up his camera footage and calls 911. Two cruisers come up to me to talk to me. When they find no harm was done I went on my way. Somebody needs to change his diaper.
This was my first time using Cool Heat KC & I had a great experience. My technician Zach texted 30 min ahead of time and told me he was in-route to my house. My circuit board was the problem and he was able to go get the replacement part and install it same day. My appointment was at 2:00 and the service has already been completed by 4. Very efficient and professional, I would definitely call CoolHeatKC for future maintenance or problems.
So so so very impressed with this company. Initially getting someone scheduled to come out they were so professional. We had to change from Monday to Wednesday, which actually worked better for us, even tho' somehow they didn't have the Monday appt on their calendar, but they were willing to send someone out on Monday if we really needed them.
