When our A/C wouldn’t turn on late Friday evening we called Cool/Heat. We had a prompt call back within 10 min. Saturday morning Joe arrived promptly at 8:30am. Very courteous and professional. Joe worked very hard for a couple of hours and he was able to fix our A/C unit. Thank you Cool/Heat Joe and Rick!
