I recently worked with Cool Heat KC on several Hvac tune ups and repairs for residential rental properties we own. The technicians were super helpful in explaining issues, taking pictures and providing information regarding the readings on each of the systems, and if there was a recommended repair, they were very thorough in explaining the issue. When our A/C wouldn’t turn on late Friday evening we called Cool/Heat. We had a prompt call back within 10 min. Saturday morning Joe arrived promptly at 8:30am. Very courteous and professional. Joe worked very hard for a couple of hours and he was able to fix our A/C unit. Thank you Cool/Heat Joe and Rick!
