We had a new system installed by these guys less then 3 years ago. The AC has gone out 3 times since they installed it. We thought being on the their comfort care program, and since they installed it, they would stand by their product and installation. But instead they have charged us thousands of dollars for repairs and one again the AC stopped working. We have gone from loving this company to not being able to recommend them.
Thank you Cool Heat and more specifically Joe for an outstanding job repairing some damaged ductwork in my home. I enjoyed watching you skillfully doing the sheet metal work needed and appreciate your taking time to describe what you did to repair my system. A quality job by a pleasant and skilled tradesman!
They did an amazing job installing two mini splits. They worked so diligently to get the project finished, looking amazing, and cleaned up afterwards. The work looks incredible! I am over the moon about how great the exterior portion turned out. They were all so kind too. I will (and already have) recommend them to anyone needing an HVAC rec and will continue to use them myself.
I was pleased with the prompt and curtious service, the technician arrived within 30 mins of requesting A/C service. I suspected the run capacitor but didn't have one on hand. Due to it being late afternoon, there wasn't time to pick up a new capacitor and the urgency to get my tentents unit running I agreed to the repair. With that said, I feel the markup for the run capacitor was excessive. A local parts house and Amazon charges around $35 for universal one. I was charged $210 or approximately a 600% makeup.
I want to start off with the biggest thank you I've ever meant!!! Our ac was making noises so I called our maintenance people and waited a while for a response. We'll they finally got back, said a company will get back with us and boy did they. My wife asked the girl when they can get here and she informed her it would be the next morning.
