I went to Cool Heads for a big change—a new cut and highlights. Lisa is so patient and took the time to discuss my hair goals and offer suggestions. The whole process was relaxing, and I left feeling like a new person. The cut is perfect. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Terrible service. The barber I worked with was very unfriendly and barley even acknowledged me. Didn't look at my reference photos or provide any consultation when I asked questions, and then proceeded to give me the single worst haircut I've ever had in my life. Sportsclips could've offered a better service and haircut. Go literally any place else. I'm honestly appalled I could get a haircut this bad at a place like this
