Updated 4/17/2026: Prompt and excellent service. We called Cool Hand to have some wiring repaired as well as several ceiling fans installed. We also ended up getting new front lights done and some wiring rework. Shiloh who worked on our house before came back and was as professional as ever. Extremely happy with the work done and I will only ever call back Cool Hand for our electrical needs. I would highly recommend them for any Electrical Issues that you need to have repaired! Our AC went out suddenly over the weekend and I called Cool Hand first thing Monday morning. I spoke to both Bella and Rebecca who were both extremely kind and got me scheduled and confirmed right away. Anthony showed up on time and did an in depth evaluation and provided us with several options. We had an appointment in the middle of the evaluation and Anthony was kind enough to come back later in the day to provide his feedback and recommendations. I needed to get electrical job done quickly and was referred to Cool Hand Electric. The technician was professional, thorough, and explained the process in detail. He was also able to point out some areas of concern that other electricians missed. I appreciate his attention to detail. They were able to complete my job the same day, and had everything necessary on their truck. Thanks to Duncan Plumbing for the referral, as I will use them again in the future. Highly Recommended!
I needed some electrical work done and decided to call Cool Hand. I was greeted by Bella who was super friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up having some work done by Tory who was GREAT!! He walked me through everything and explained stuff so that I knew exactly what was happening. Unrelated to the electrical work, It was trash day in my community and Tory even pulled my trash and recycling bins from the curb! This company truly goes above and beyond!!!
I recently had a major electrical upgrade for my 30+ year old house.
