Highly recommend. Cool Hand recently completed installation of a Kohler whole house back-up generator. Shiloh initially visited our house twice to assess the project and offer options for scope and pricing. He then developed the design for a very, very complex installation and was the lead installer, with strong support from Daniel and Matthew, during some of the most bitter cold days of the winter. Shiloh was great. He came to fix a malfunctioning doorbell that we couldn't figure out. Not only was he able to fix the problem, he let us know our surge protector was outdated and was able to bring us to code. He was very detailed in explaining everything he did, and educated me on several things. Very grateful I contacted Cool Hand Electric. Exceptional service. Thank you Shiloh.
Schedule an appointment with this company. I took off work. My appointment was scheduled from 1 to 4 p.m. I received a message saying the technician was running late, and then another message around 4 p.m. saying he would be there possibly between 5 and 6 p.m. This is unacceptable.
The service and professionalism shown by Cool Hands has been something worth talking about to my church family..... Awesome company!
I highly recommend Cool Hand Electric, specifically Tory. Tory was punctual, professional and very communicative. Tory explained everything that he was going to do, the issues that were found, and solutions to the problem. I appreciate the fact that he spoke in terms that were easy to understand for those of us who are not electricians. Kudos to Cool Hand for employing happy and knowledgeable electricians. 10 out of 10 recommend and I will definitely use them again.
