My son's truck wouldn't start this morning when he was headed out to practice. I'm 1,800 miles away and started looking for a mobile mechanic. Found Cool Guys and called them and left a message. got a text back within a few minutes. I texted the symptoms and he said he could get to it later in the day. He arrived about 5 PM. Figured out the issue after doing diagnostics and fixed it!!! Runs great and supper reasonable rates. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't read the reviews before interacting with Frankie the mobile mechanic but I do know better now...He had me spend $200 on a alternator and insured 3 different times before I purchased it that he would fix my car I told him I had the part he said ok .Being so unprofessional I reached out to a few people that used him before and wasn't anything good for them to say so I looked at the reviews wow ...this is a unprofessional business now I'm stuck with a $200 part no refund that money could've been well spent elsewhere.... read more

I had mutliple items wrong with my car like the ball joints and the hub bearing and a lot more things and frankie being the fast worker he is was able to get it done in about 5 hours which is really fast for the job that had to be done. So if your looking for a good mechanic and reliable and good for your money ANDDDD even talking you and showing you what’s wrong so know where your money goes, this is the mechanic that I would choose and is the best in my opinion

Polite man. However a little unprofessional. My sister’s starter needed replaced and he was recommended to her by the auto store. However, he didn’t complete the job. And still felt it was necessary to hit on my sister through a text message. We still haven’t had the shield put back on as he left with the clips. Did not show up at the rescheduled time.

10/10 recommend calling Cool Guys every time you need something done to your vehicle! Very professional and Frank goes above and beyond for his clients. I had a very positive experience. He was able to show up on last minute notice, fixed what needed fixed, and he is very honest and trustworthy! It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, especially being a woman that doesn't know much about cars. I really appreciate the service I received.
