I’ve used Cool Green shepherdstown for over 4 years. Very patient and responsive to auto repair questions . Mechanics do a great job. They always been conscientious about repair recommendations based on needs vs finances. I’ve noticed they’ve even become more concerned and efficient in making maintenance recommendations. Great improvements taking service to even the next level. Great Job !
Came with a bit of an atypical request. Aftermarket exhaust and rear sway bar. Needed a shop who could handle the install. These guys nailed it. All staff encountered = Professional, kind, skilled, and just some downright good hardworking folks. Will use them for mine and my wifes vehicles going forward. Downpipes coming soon and will use these guys for the install. 5 stars, go here you will not be disappointed!
I had a nice visit with them. Not only did they fix my car, they set up a payment plan, when car shield didn’t send the check.
My battery light came on to start my day. I purchased a battery but the light did not go away. I was driving back home in a terrible storm and then puddles began to form. As I hit shepherdstown I was drawn to Cool Green as they had brought me peace in my car repair world in the past. I walked in overwhelmed and was greeted with a smile and they used diagnostics and solved my car problem in style.
