We recently had refrigerated air conditioning installed, but the workmanship was appalling and unsafe. The installer (who goes by Rammy) fitted an incorrectly sized fuse, which meant the unit couldn’t run without tripping the power repeatedly. This guy booked a day and time with me and did a no show, no phone call from him. Tried calling him several times over the following week. Got an excuse why he didn’t come, then he ignored my calls and sent a can’t talk now message several times. Finally got him on the phone and he said he will call back and didn’t. I just wasted two weeks for nothing when l could have got someone else that wants to work. If you are looking for a time waster this is the company for you. Disappointed!
