I strongly advise against doing any business with Lorry. His service is completely unreliable, communication is poor, and his prices are outrageously high for the level of work he provides. He has shown a serious lack of professionalism and accountability throughout the process. I have used Cool Flow Mechanical for two fridge repairs now, and each time the team have been great. From Lory in the Office to the techs who come out. They have always been on time and they have always kept pretty good communication. I would recommend Cool Flow Mechanical to any one in the lower mainland.

Did an excellent job moving our AC. The technicians were friendly, skilled, and responsible, and the manager went the extra mile to address my concerns. I highly recommend these guys and will gladly use their services again.
