While driving a charter bus on a high school band trip I took a walk to McDonald’s which is right across the street from Cool Fashion Hair Salon. Noticed a very beautiful hair stylist who was not busy and decided to get a trim. Her name was Sandra. She listened to what I wanted and went to work! I thought she was very patient and highly detailed about her work. Seemed to thoroughly enjoy her occupation. At first, these hair products make your hair look nice, but don’t be fooled. They’re cheap and don’t actually take care of your hair. They work fast, but after a couple of weeks, the damage starts to show. My hair looked good at first, but it didn’t last now it’s dry and in worse condition than before. Not worth it in the long run
This place is garbage ! They burnt my scalp , I had blisters all over my head . My original review is not visible the owner blocked it. I never received an apology or a refund , I’ve lost so much hair and I will be reporting to the BBB, please stay away from this place !
Was charged $700 for this. Asked for all over color and they didn’t even do that. Only got $100 back which is basically my tip that I gave. When I asked for a second session the lady with short blonde hair left me on read 3 times. Don’t recommend. She laughed in my face when I first got there and showed her what I wanted, upcharged for terrible work by her other hairstylist, and didn’t get me in till 40 mins later even when I had an appointment.
