I want to thank Andrew Ojeda with Cooling Experts heating and air 10 out of 10 experience. I had severe hail damage to my HVAC system. They took care of it for me in the process was so smooth in the work that would perform was very professional. Customer Service is one of the greatest. I would recommend this company to Everyone that is having some HVAC issues.
I feel very lucky/blessed that my neighbor referred me to Cool Experts.. My rep was Mark Schober and he was the most knowledgeable, professional and nicest guys you can meet. And very personable. For my situation, they worked wonderfully with my insurance company to get my hail damaged unit replaced. The crew came on time and they were very professional as well.
