Update to post below: I woke up first thing this morning to a phone call from Chuck the owner of the company. He was very apologetic that the previous technician did not meet his expectations nor mine. He sent out an amazing technician named Clever who took his time to do a full diagnostic as well as explained everything to me step-by-step. Experts in every way! All who represented the company had excellent customer service skills!
I couldn’t believe that I could end up getting a complete new AC system after my pretty bad hail damage destroyed my roof. But MARK came up and introduced himself, and looked at my system, and I ended up getting an entire new system put in! And they did the work quickly, and with great quality. I’m totally satisfied with everything that they have done and I would highly highly recommend that you use this company. Friendly, fast, and quality work at a normal price, or below!
