We installed an air source heat pump from Cool Energy last winter. The unit is excellent and the support has also been excellent. The team are very helpful and our queries are answered very quickly. We will definitely use this company again.

I recently purchased an ivt-10 heat pump from Cool Energy. With the help of Dave who is very knowlegeable we calculated the correct size unit for my house. I installed the heat pump myself again under the guidance of Dave. He was always available at the end of the phone any time I needed technical help.
