Well now that I worked for a company that used there new service tech and not pay him. Hope you are learning a valuable lesson here when you lie and steel from them. Your custmer's even saw this. And then you fire your BEST tech and first thing out of your mouth was we hace a lot of internal problem's. Well no argument here. O I already have a nother job. And guest that's your lost and there gain. O you all owe me money too?

My Grandmother's air conditioning went out and she called another company who wanted $600 for a pull and clean and $100 a pound for Freon. I told her to call Kassel's Appliance and Air Condtioning because I have heard good things about them and they are accredited with the BBB. Chris came out and found that the only thing wrong with the air conditioning was the drain line being clogged. A couple of days later the air conditioning went out again and Kassel's was back out to her house within 3 hours of calling. The owner came ... read more

Kassel's AC is the best! I was worried my AC would have to be replaced. But Steve repaired our 15 year old ac unit. He cut out the coils cleaned them and soldered them back in again. He was prompt, polite and cleaned up after himself. The work was reasonably priced. I am going to use them for my appliance repairs too. Thanks Kassel's

I called your company for a repair on my refrigerator. It was Labor Day and you sent a young man named Adam D. I don't normailly do this, because I'm not used getting exceptional service, but that's exactly what Adam provided. He was polite, efficient and even cleaned up for me!!

Thank you for the excellent service. I really appreciated Larry's honesty and Bill going the extra mile to go out of his way to stop by my house... I really have to thank you for doing a great job. You have a very nice company beginning with the friendly receptionist, and including Larry and Bill.
