The way they hang up on people when all you trying to get is assistance on the status of your application is ridiculous

They are some of the worst people I have ever spoke with. They are very disrespectful, hangs up the phone on you that's if they ever answer, and when ever they do answer they leave you on hold over 30 mins then hang up on you. I been waiting over a month in a half to get a pledge on my spire bill, and have not been done. I reached out to check status because in threat of disconnect but never can get anyone on phone smh
Very rude. I called to check on the status of my pledge and when I called, someone answered the phone and said absolutely nothing, it wasn’t until I said hello is when they said hello ( pretty sure it was the guy on the voice recording). In the middle of me explaining what I was calling for, he interrupts me and says they are busy then hangs up. Very unprofessional. It’s crazy how people like that are able to keep a job.
