I’ve been calling since January it’s march to get my bill paid still hasn’t been paid now they are sending my account for disconnection this company been giving me the run around

I suggest that you all report it as well, not solely based on my professionalism, but also due to the content and the manner in which they obtain required information, which constitutes a privacy violation. Typically, reputable companies do not engage in such practices. Please report this incident.
gentlemen was very rude, left a nasty voicemail, called to advise management gentlemen said I was rude while on the phone with management and they hung up. unprofessional
