Chase came out to look at our cool decking (~9years old) to give us an estimate to fix and resurface. Very reasonable price. First day they came out to powerwash, second day they applied the first coat, and third day they reapplied. They did caulking, fixed areas where chips were, and simply put, did a fantastic job. I might ad that the days they were here the tempature reached over 110 degrees. I would recommend Cool Deck Restorations highly.
