Terrible customer service and overall experience. Will never order again and will never recommend this company to anyone. They withdrew money and didn’t deliver oil for 8 business days; 10 days counting the weekend. Weekend was counted because within that 10 days of waiting, we ran out of oil. Could not go out buy heaters as back up because they already withdrew your money. We secured another oil delivery with another company. They delivered within 2 business days, 4 counting the weekend. Rhoads Energy provided truly outstanding service when I needed it most. I had completely run out of propane during extreme cold, leaving my home around 50–52°F with no heat.
