If I could select a negative number to rate this company, I would. They swallowed up Reilly and Son’s Oil service a few years ago and it has never been the same. Reilly was courteous, service oriented, responsive and competitively priced. Rhoda’s is none of the above. Their service is horrendous, trying to upsell any time they can. The small mom and pop businesses are truly missed… look somewhere else to spend your money…not Rhoda’s.

I originally had an appointment scheduled for June 12th for my annual system maintenance and was unexpectedly rushed to the hospital the night before. The technician called me on that day. He was at my house and I had completely forgotten about the appointment. When I called in to reschedule the receptionist was very understanding. Today my technician was Bryce. He was right on time, very friendly, and explained everything that he would be doing. I will continue to use Rhoads Energy for all my heating/cooling needs!!

We are new customers and are so impressed with the outstanding level of service, courtesy and professionalism from Rhoads. We are currently building a new home and needed assistance quickly. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The serviceman who came to do the inspection and deliver the propane, were so professional and friendly too. Off to a great start!! I highly recommend them!
