I originally had an appointment scheduled for June 12th for my annual system maintenance and was unexpectedly rushed to the hospital the night before. The technician called me on that day. He was at my house and I had completely forgotten about the appointment. When I called in to reschedule the receptionist was very understanding. Today my technician was Bryce. He was right on time, very friendly, and explained everything that he would be doing. I will continue to use Rhoads Energy for all my heating/cooling needs!!
We are new customers and are so impressed with the outstanding level of service, courtesy and professionalism from Rhoads. We are currently building a new home and needed assistance quickly. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The serviceman who came to do the inspection and deliver the propane, were so professional and friendly too. Off to a great start!! I highly recommend them!
I leased propane from them for about two years, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. Customer service was consistently disappointing, and dealing with the office was often frustrating. When I decided to switch providers, it took multiple phone calls and repeated requests before they finally came to remove their propane tank from my property.
