BEWARE Installed 2 heat pumps. Told me I qualify for up to a $6,000 rebate from MassSave and he would submit the paperwork. I waited, contacted him many times and was told he's on it. Well, he was not on it! I called MassSave and he is not even on their list of approved contractors and there is nothing they can do. Now I'm out $6.000!! Also installed an High Eff. if i could give 0 i would. Ryan installed my system and could not get it to work. On top of it all, had me troubleshoot and reach out to the manufacturer directly. Heat and AC had to be checked by another company and still to this day it is not working properly. He never filled the Freon, he never filed a permit. And to top it off, he blocked me. If he only was a bit more professional....
