I called them because the temp inside the house was in the 80s and wouldn’t go down. The tech said the unit didn’t have the capacity to cool the entire house down even tho I have had the same unit since 2020 with no issues. Told me the only way to fix it was to replace the whole system and quoted over $10k. Called another technician for a second opinion, it was a leak.
Johnny did an amazing job today servicing my system and going over the details.
