Ed, is a very likable and knowledgeable person. He knows golfcarts and guides customers towards the most cost effective means to repair their cart. During season he is extremely busy but with the assistance of additional staff he capably rides-out the storm. I'm happy to have met him and really appreciate the assistance he has provided.
