I went to this place on palmetto with an emergency. My 5 year old spilled candy all over my back seat. Their self-serve vacuum was out of order. I asked if I can pay to use one of the 4 vacuums reserved for people getting a wax. The lanky brown skinned man with an accent said no. I explained that it was an emergency, I have 2 kids in the car and the candy could very well stain my seats any minute. Again he said “no and I’m not going to say yes”. Couldn’t have been less accommodating. Couldn’t have been less understanding.
It ripped my rear windshield wiper totally off. Was hanging by a string. Will never go back. No English either when tried to resolve.
