Over the years we have had 6 aircons installed to our home. And initially Brendan was great. Super quick to respond and install all our aircons. But if you have any issues with an aircon he will avoid you, not respond to any calls or messages. It took him over 8 weeks to come out to diagnose an issue of an aircon not working- when he did come he said we needed a new refco drain pump. For him to come out to diagnose issue was $159 then to come back to install the refco drain pump was $602, so $761 total. Did not go ahead with... read more
