Exceptional Service during a GC Heatwave. Yesterday during a massive heatwave on the GC our aircon started leaking in multiple areas due to blockage etc , we called numerous places but most people were unavailable for 2 weeks or more and some didn't respond, called John and despite being busy he managed to fit me into his already busy schedule the next day.
