Ignore the negative reviews below!! We stayed at Cool Change over the Christmas period and had an amazing time. There was 15 of us and found the house to be perfect, clean and had zero issues with the host. The pool and spa were brilliant and there was so much to do in the house even if it was raining outside. Thanks so much Rodney for having us and we would recommend your accommodation to anyone visiting Nelson’s Bay!
Have now stayed here on two occasions. The first time I was a guest, and the second time I was the organiser. This house is clean, and bright with sunlight. There is plenty of activities to entertain you. It's situated right in the middle of town which is awesome. The owner is really accommodating and polite, we did cause a noise complaint on our first night and the owner had ours and the neighbours best interests at heart, and handled the situation well. Great location being right in the centre of town and walking distance to everything. Very clean and lots to do just at the accommodation itself. The hosts are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely return, we had an amazing time.
House was beautiful great location everything at your doorstep all family members enjoyed there stay and we will definitely stay there again
