Lukasz at first seemed interested in helping me and we had an exchange of texts to discuss the problem with my air con. Then, all of a sudden, he just stopped responding. Looking at other reviews it seems it’s hit and miss whether he even receives his messages. Not ideal when the customer just thinks they’re being ignored. Luckily I was able to get it fixed elsewhere.
All done. Very pleasant to deal with! :)
Agreed price for a new condenser. After a week I received a picture of a damaged one and he was going to order a new one, after 2 weeks had passed and heard nothing I sent him a message and apparently he was in hospital but was going to order the part there and then. He said he would contact me as soon as he was out of hospital but 2 months has passed and heard nothing so gone else where and couldn't fault the company we used who actually turned up
Lukasz is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he helped diagnose an issue I was having with my MK6 Golf and even drained the gas for me so I can replace the part in my own time. I highly recommend him and won’t hesitate to use his services again!
