Cool cats were great through the majority of the assessment and install but they have fallen short in a big area for me which is follow-up and follow through. Our fence was installed which look great, but the locks installed on both gates have to be locked from only one side of the fence. We asked if there were other options and the installer mentioned they have one which allows for it to be locked/unlocked from either side, and it locks/unlocks both sides.
