The driver with last four 1432 license plate is a psycho who doesn’t know how to drive. Almost hit my car when he was backing up because he was too incompetent to look before hand, got mad, chase me around the parking lot, followed me to another parking lot, proceeded to block my vehicle in, spit on my car and threaten to fight the man in my vehicle.
