I was assigned to Cool Breeze by my home warranty company after my HVAC heating system went out. I was able to get an appointment with them right away and when they came out, they were very professional, diagnosed the problem and submitted their report to my warranty company. Within a week they were back at my house fixing the problem and I have warm and very happy ever since. I would definitely recommend Cool Breeze and I would also use their services again. I am a very happy customer.
These guys were the 2nd company that came to my house to assess my problem. NIGHT AND DAY. the first company wasn’t sure but knew that my freezer problem was beyond their capabilities. Was referred to this company by Furguson Appliance where I bought my appliance and they were amazing. Their assessment was thorough, detailed and accurate and got my freezer fixed that same day. This is the only appliance company I would use in the future
Unreliable service - Avoid them if you value your time! My air conditioner stopped working properly, leaking water constantly. I contacted them and scheduled an appointment for July 9th between 9 AM and 3 PM. No one showed up, and they didn't even bother to apologize! After calling again, they rescheduled for July 10th at 9 AM. Again, no technician arrived until noon, only to tell me they couldn't fix it due to frozen pipes!
