We contacted Cool Breeze, LV to have our duct system and our dryer vents cleaned. Shay was so friendly and helpful in explaining the services, and Frig, our technician, was so fast and efficient! The whole process couldn't have been easier and it was badly needed. I really appreciate the antibacterial spray they use and how thoroughly everything was cleaned. 10 out of 10 recommend for any HVAC or dryer cleaning services!!
Negative experience didn’t even complete the ceiling fans they said they were going to do.
Paid $550 and not exactly sure what for. They only took a large vacuum to the vents and didn’t even open them. No snake used. Also, be aware that they only take cash, check, or Zelle. I haven’t worked with a business that didn’t take card inside of the US ever. I understand the fee’s, charge a 4-5% fee like other businesses do to use a card. I don’t suggest this business.
I am a Property Manager in Las Vegas and have been using Cool Breeze for many years. They stand behind their work whether its smoke odor treatments or simple dryer vent cleaning. Great pricing and quick service. Thanks Shay for taking care of us!
I am shocked how much lint came out of the vent. This place is over 20 years old. I’m convinced it has never been cleaned. Thank you Cool Breeze, I really appreciate it. Dryer work great now!
