Web site quote system does not work. No one answered my multiple emails. Customer service when I called was beyond poor. Could not a even answer basic questions and then hung up on me. I would rate it's my experience with this company as "0".
COOL Box is exceptional when it comes to customer service friendliness everyone I've talked to knows their job they follow up they call you when they're supposed to they remind you what's happening Jared my pod driver is absolutely amazing. Coolbox is absolutely the best
