Received pods on scheduled dates yes, but at the cost of hours of my time having to call to be refunded on several occasions due to overcharging me in addition to not sending receipts and not informing us before running our card. We were outside of the delivery area, so I unloaded my goods into a Cool Box at their location in Phoenix. Cool Box is kept in a secure, indoor building. They will deliver my Cool Box to my new residence and then I will have it unloaded there. The entire planning process from reservation to final destination went very smoothly and efficiently.
