Totally true this is how this company works. They don’t want to do the work if you don’t buy the product from them because they want to mark a 300% markup on it if you buy it through them. They will not give you a warranty at all whatsoever, they refuse to do the work if you don’t buy the part from them. Will not replace bottom filter housing to a filtration system for a pool when recommended from another company that they would. They refused!
