Adam and Bree were fantastic today. They accidentally arrived at 9am instead of the scheduled midday, but went to another job and happily returned. They spent about 50 mins attending to the aircon units and even helped me dispose of a dead possum (go Bree) on my driveway. I could not pick it up. Dave was also great re attending to the replacement of the downstairs individual aircon unit (which I understand Liam installed). We have an oldish ducted on two levels that had a starter problem. The team from Cool Blue was fast, professional and very compassionate about finding the best option in terms of tme to fix/costs. Adam and Sean (i think? 😊 ) were fantastic. Adam has serviced the unit before and he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain how things work and best solutions, step by step into the repairs process and also the maintenance. The guys at Cool Blue have been amazing to deal with. My unit was installed a few years ago, which in itself was nothing but a great experience, but also the after sales service has been incredible. Highly recommend these guys. Also highly recommend the Actron unit. Amazing product.
