Zack is a great bike shop to go to
I had to decide what shop was going to build up a custom and decided on Cool Bikes North even though I live over in Minneapolis. Zach took my already custom bike build (frame too small) and rebuilt it onto a Hogs Back and it's been perfect. I love it so much and Zach was awesome and super cool with actually building what I wanted instead of being limited to the shop's QBP wholesale parts (which was my big issue in MN). An absolutely great local bike shop on the northside of Madison. Zach is awesome, friendly, and super helpful! The saddle library at the shop is great for trying out different options without breaking the bank. The maintenance and repairs they do are also incredible! Madison is blessed with some great local bike shops and Cool Bikes North is definitely top tier.

Zach is friendly and knowledgeable! He takes good care of our ebikes, has successfully had work done and parts replaced under manufacturer warranties, and is always willing to offer helpful biking advice. Highly recommend!
