Came in to check it out as I'm new to the neighborhood. Ended up spending a half hour just hanging with Zach and shooting the breeze talking music and getting my tire retubed. Am never taking my bike anywhere else.

A lovely new addition to Madison's North side! I've had a couple of bikes in to be serviced by Zach at Cool Bikes North and I've been impressed with the quality of service and the thorough communication. On my last service visit (for a brake bleed and spoke replacement) he went above and beyond to check for a common recall on my crankset and found that it was in need of replacement.
