After we renovated our garage into a self-contained granny flat, we realised that the wifi for the main house gets a terrible signal inside the new area (something about garage wall insulation?) Aaron and the team were in and out in no time and had us set up with the space's own plug for a 2nd router to access the main internet cable. Perfect job, no notes for the team I recommend these guys highly for any electrical needs
Did a service on our AC, quick and efficient. Easy to book with. Really friendly. Helped me with the settings on the AC panel as well
Fabulous service and very happy with the two aircon’s installed. Gena in Admin was so accommodating with my work schedule and was easy to book in for a quote and installation. Aaron was great coming in and quoting and explaining what unit was best for each room. Installation is neat and best of all the aircon’s keep us cold on a hot day. Highly recommended.
I am so happy with the aircon units and most of all, the service received by Cool and Secure. They have installed my aircon units at work and at home (living room and bedrooms). Their advice was spot-on, they explain things well (I am not the most technical person), the boys are experienced, professional, polite and tidy. I am dealing with another company in Brisbane for our investment property and they are so slow in getting a quote to us, getting the parts in and doing the repairs.
