Inaccurate price given when I dropped off my items. The total ended up being about $30 more than I was quoted, which was frustrating because there weren’t any unaccounted-for stains, rips, or damages, so the quote should have been accurate. The main thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was that the young woman at the front counter had an attitude. No hello, please, or thank you, no eye contact.
