Bill came out to see what was wrong with our air conditioner. Withom 5 min, he figured it out and offered an inexpensive fix. The unit is only 9 years old, and needed a compressor. Once we turned it on it was COLD. He also assisted us with our vents to have even better air flow. Bill was a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend this company.
The service is excellent ! I called regarding my furnace not working and Bill called me back within 10 minutes and was able to come the following morning and fix the problem, on New Year’s Eve !! I used this company back in May for a new AC and all new duct system and it is working beautifully!
The AC system at our new house was not well taken care of, and the old ducting from the 70s utilized asbestos insulation. Contacted Trish and Bill for an assessment of the system and to quote for (at minimum) an abatement/reduct service. Trish was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and Bill was a straight shooting, no-nonsense old school guy, which I appreciate.
