I’ve been doing business with Cool Air Technologies for almost 20 years and I gotta say, Bill is one of a kind. Not only does he provide exceptional service at a fair price, but he genuinely cares about his customers. Once again we had an AC outage in the middle of a summer heat wave. We had a positive experience with Cool Air Tech. They were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and were able to determine the problem with our air conditioner very quickly. We had another company come out prior to him and they recommended getting a whole new unit. Bill was able to diagnose that we needed a new motor. Saved us a lot of money and will allow us to hold off a bit longer before making that investment. Thanks Bill, we will keep your number handy for future reference.
I have been using Cool Air Technologies for over 10 years. Bill and his crew are honest, technically proficient, polite and punctual. They installed my central air and heating, and have been here every few years to ensure the system remains optimal. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They were on-time, neat, clean, courteous, and they were able to get my air conditioner up and running perfectly! They explained everything and didn’t try to up-sell me anything that I didn’t need. I highly recommend Cool Air Technologies. Call them. You won’t be disappointed!
