Lou at Cool Air was clear in his commitments and performance of the equipment. I initially had concerns about the hoses throughout the site but by strategically placing equipment and using larger hoses to the manifolds we were able to distribute both large and small diffusers throughout the building and heat it through the coldest months. WE needed an inventive solution for some temp heat in an existing building downtown. Lou and his team work with us and the building maintenance staff to run the boiler water thru a portable heat plate exchanger to a glycol system running temp fan coils. Saved $$$$ and had a super efficient system --thanks Lou and Cool Air!
Lou and his team at Cool Air have always provided me exceptional service the past few years I've been working with them. With the nature of my business always changing, specialized solutions are required from site to site and the team at Cool Air are always quick and ready to respond with a strategy.
Blair, Lou and the whole team at Cool Air have been exceptional to work with! We had an issue with one unit not working that we had rented and they sent a team out with a spare unit to exchange it with in case it could not be serviced on-site. Fantastic follow up action and service as well! This is the 3rd year we have worked with the Edmonton branch and would highly recommend them! Keep up the great work!!
Needs work on their customer service skills. Its a rental business you dont get stuff back in the same state as your shop. Things get dirty and get minor scratches when they get used and transported. You dont go to customer (who's bringing back your equipment) and say that you're not cool with that because it looks dirty and will charge for cleaning and minor paint job.
