It's the second time that I use cool air Pty Ltd air-conditioning service. On every occasion thy attended thy site on time, performed the job ( installation of AC) efficiently and professionally. The price is reasonable and the customers service is fantastic. Fantastic workmanship and air-conditioning service. Ricky helped us during the summer heatwave and did an excellent job. He fixed our ducted system, which had a complicated gas leak issue, and refilled the gas. The price was very reasonable, and the job was completed efficiently and urgently. Thanks to the Cool Air team, especially Ricky. Cool Air is highly recommended for all your needs.

Ricky was responsive at first and gave a reasonable quote. I had reached out to him around 2 weeks ago and I was told that he's booked out until Feb which I totally get due to the warmer weather. Waited 2 weeks and then decided to follow-up with him. I told him I wasn't sure why the AC wasn't cooling. Could be a leak or a simple service. His response was that he was too busy and to call in a local technician and then he stopped replying altogether.
