They made me wait 3 hours for the scheduled maintenance and didn't show up
Incompetent and non-responsive. I have been try to resolve multiple ticket items for quite some time including permitting information. I am constantly met with excuses and commitments of correction and communication which are not fulfilled. Incredibly disappointed with the amount of non-sense to have everyday items corrected.
We replaced our AC this summer. I was impressed with the knowledge of all the employees and the value of the system. Mike and Austin did a great job with installation. They were very professional and courteous. They ran into multiple unforeseen issues causing the job to take much longer than anticipated. They remained diligent, positive and didn’t cut corners. Even in 90 degree heat outside plus rainy weather. I would highly recommend.
Cool Air installed an AC unit in my home. After only 3 years the compressor went bad. Wanted to charge me $1000 to replace. Shameful.
I have been using Cool Air for the past 3 years and have never been disappointed. The service technician(Steven Coleman) have always been professional and courteous. I have never had a reason to call them back after a service have been perform. I strongly recommend using Cool Air for your heating and air needs.
