My Daughter moved to Hope Mills and her new HVAC was a mess, These guys came out did what they said they would do, and for a Great price! other companies, charged a $100 to come estimate the job then said they would not do it, I highly recommend Cool Air, give them a call first, they are Honest
New company, Joe aims for complete satisfaction. I will use this company again. The other company told me I had a leaking coil, funny the old system needed to be replaced, then the fan fell apart. Beware of who comes to check or service your unit. It may not be working 100%, they want to replace it. Then it shattered after they charged me almost $600 and the HVAC was worse. Joe tried to make repairs, and his service crews tried. We replaced it as a last option. Joe is willing to work hard to save custmers money.
I needed a mini split for an area that was to be used for foster dogs. The original business turned out not to work but cool air of hope mills came to the rescue and we're considerably less. The team was very friendly and polite. Cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend them to anyone
We just had a new AC unit installed with this company and we couldn't be happier. Joe is a great guy and doesn't price gouge you, he is fair and honest and gives you great products and results. Him and his workers were all very respectful and got two units installed into my house all in one day. By far the best HVAC company we have worked with! I highly suggest going with this business rather than some of the other larger chain businesses in the area.
