What a great client to work with they are extremely professional and great to talk to I always speak with a nice lady named Margaret who books our cranes to lift their A/C units on the roof. We enjoy working with their technicians and never run into any issues. I highly recommend this company for all of your A/C needs.
I highly recommend Cool Air! They had gone through some ownership and staff changes and now they have it down! Christine answers your questions quickly, even on the weekend. James was polite, conscientious, Extremely knowledgeable! I have recommended them to 2 other owners in our complex and they too were satisfied!
James came out this morning and swapped changed out our capacitor very quickly and even figured out why it went. That didn’t happen with our last ac company. Great service!
