I am at my mother's house when the ac stopped working...so I called late on a Friday night and left a message hoping for a call back in tge morning. The message I left explained the situation and how to contact me (not my mother). I got a text message a little while later telling me they could come by the next morning! Leonardo arrived, quickly fixed the clog and checked everything out. Top notch service! Thanks!!!!

I’m writing this review because after a costly repair and a technician who didn’t respond when the repair did not work, I saw an ad and called Cool Air Experts, not knowing anything about them. They were responsive, came out on a Sunday, which is very rare, responded to the problem and fixed the issue that the other company did not. Leo was patient, explained the situation and what needed to be done and was an all around competent, knowledgeable and nice guy. A completely wonderful experience. That's all I can say about Cool Air Experts and Mr. Leonardo. From the first meeting and from start to completion--- Leo was terrific in all that he said and performed.
