I worked here and was bullied by management including the boss , when I said I was done I was basically threatened. The WORST company I have ever worked for , there is no give and take with this company. They will work you to the bone and into the ground. STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE A TECHNICIAN/APPRENTICE/CUSTOMER. Shame you can't rate them zero stars.

I switched to cool air because I wasn’t happy with the other company who was servicing my home air conditioners. I’m happy I did. They were easy to deal with, both with booking and servicing. Byron did a great job at cleaning the units! I’ve included before and after pictures. Andrew and Michelle made the process run smoothly. Thanks again

I do not recommend this company. Unfortunately worked for them for over a year to be treated extremely poorly. They treat there staff poorly and quite disgusting what they do when people resign or they ask people to leave. They also have no consideration for there customers and think about themselves and the money they are getting. Absolutely disgusting business and should not be allowed to trade.

I've had the pleasure of utilising this company for a variety of air-conditioning jobs over the past 12 months. The level of customer service from the office staff has been exceptional, and the workmanship and detail of reports from the tradesmen has been brilliant. Highly recommended!
